Pre-k to kinder math worksheet

Teaching math using dominoes

Teaching your child to read

The month of August was soooooo busy! With the campaign, vacation and and moving to a new place I didn’t have time to think straight! Thankfully, the move is over and unpacking is almost done and now I’m getting back to our normal routine….

I wanted to tell you about this great free website that really helped my daughter years ago when we were teaching her how to read and now we use it for my son. It’s called and it was a fun way to teach letters , phonics and early reading. The website is free but they do have a curriculum you can purchase with additional features. The Site is interactive and you little one will enjoy playing the games so much they won’t realize they are learning. I would recommend starting this at the age of 2-3, it’s never too early to start!

Art ideas and curriculum

Trying to find art assignments for my homeschooler has been kinda difficult since I’m not naturally an arts and crafts kinda person. While trying for find ideas to add to our art class (besides picture studies) I stumbled across Mrs. Brown’s Art Class. YAY!!  This site is awesome and covers grades K-5. I definitely needed to find this site, it gave me weeks worth of art class ideas and assignments. Did I mention it’s free?
